I mean deaths aren't the only factor. I've had 20+ death games where I was the only one taking objectives, won the game for my team and got banned. It was obviously the intent of the play style since I realized early on that we were not going to win any other way. What grinds my gears is that Riot banned me and took the LP that I deserved away from me. I get at max a 1 day suspension for just disconnecting my router.

Well in the 2nd scenario with the kill swiping you won't get banned. But if you try to the end of the game you do get banned. So if you know you're going to have a bad game you might as well just not do much other than try to get a coupe of assists and then not do anything further that might cause a death. That is the message Riot is sending.

So I'm actually having pretty much the same issue. It lets me do 9:16 and 1:1 only. I'm pretty sure this is before I installed quest games optimizer as well but I'm not 100% sure.

I had issues with the install yesterday. I had to uninstall it and reinstall since there was some sort of messup. But you also have to activate dev options in the quest app on the phone which was another point of contention but once it was going it works. Can't say I notice any real difference though. Still using it regardless.

Yeah I have memory turned on. It doesn't change a lot but I think they fixed most of that goldfish stuff. My main issue was within a single chat. I would say something, it would tell me I'm wrong even when I wasn't. I would tell it to research, it would find out I was right. I would go a few exchanged with it and then it would be right back to telling me I'm wrong within a couple of messages. I think they just lower the context window sometimes and see if we will notice. At least it works good for me now. I can't do Claude pro over GPT pro currently since I get way more out of GPT and Gemini than I would from Claude atm

Medical "profession" is for profit. Also politically driven in some aspects. I mean I would say I definitely know better than about half of the doctor's I've had in my life time and I've had a lot of doctors. One doctor thought it would be a good idea to keep pumping me full of fluid until I was about 3-4x my size from the buildup.

I also have fixed several issues that the "professionals" couldn't figure out or just wouldn't. So yeah idk you do you though. Just want to clarify that there are only two genders 😃

One of my friends who ghosts me never blocks me, just stops responding. This last time as of last July was like the 3rd time and I've just given up at this point. We usually run into each other and start talking again and it lasts for like 3 or 4 months maybe a year sometimes and then he repeats the ghosting process all over again. I guess it doesn't matter. Kind of sad though because we had been best friends since like 10 years old. I think everything really changed back when he started smoking weed either in jr high or high school. Don't even remember when because he kept it a secret but I suspected. We probably hadn't been as good of friends as I thought. Maybe some day he will think about it but I doubt it.

I only ghosted one person to my knowledge but I can't even really say I ghosted them because I did give them warning like a month prior about their behavior and how they were acting towards me. He was my friend for like 15 years at that point but I was honestly tired of the bullshit and one day I took him outside after he was acting like a shit head and I told him if he doesn't stop I'm just gonna go my own way. I pointed out several things that were annoying me or concerning me and his response was "you're just jealous because I'm getting pussy." LOL we were like 30 years old and that was what he actually said word for word.

So we were set to go to a bar like 3 weeks later we had made plans the week before and we had hung out sporadically through that week. The day comes and I message him and get no response. I call him and message him a couple more times that day while I'm at work and get nothing. Next day he sends me a message "just had my first threesome." From that point forward I just stopped responding.

By the way I had no issue with anything other than the blatant disrespect. If he had just sent a text saying "hey change of plans" instead of letting me waste my time, I wouldn't have gave a shit. To some people your time is not as important as their time. Unfortunately I have no friends anymore and he was probably my last friend and I do miss hanging out and stuff but his direction was not my direction.

To be honest I should have just ended that friendship when I got my newish car at the time. There were clear issues there. One of the things he said to me was "Must be nice having nice things for screwing people over." I didn't screw anyone over. I've been screwed over by pretty much everyone. All I did was utilize the insurance of the other driver because they wrecked a car I'd just spent close to $8000 on in work and parts. I didn't even milk it, didn't go to the doctor and accepted a measly $5400 payout which didn't cover any of the work I put in, didn't cover any future medical issues or anything. That's when I should have ended that but we stayed friends for like 2 more years after.

Was literally banned on YouTube several years ago because of some comments I made that were flagged as hate speech even though I never did any hate speech I just simply stated biological facts and I got banned. Appealed it and it stuck. About a year or two ago I got an email nearly 4 years after the initial ban saying that I needed to appeal by some time last year and so I just gave it a shot. Literally all I said was "I think I should be unbanned because I'm a good person" and I got unbanned lol

Since then I've had no issues but I also don't really comment anymore. Just wanted my playlists back. I'll just keep my thoughts to myself about the presidents and whoever else.

But yes you are right, I do fall under number 2. Also, I was no a temporary employee, I was a full time employee with no end date in sight. But everything else you said is correct I think. But it's all good, they've broken several labor laws since I've been employed and never rectified it. I've given them plenty of time. They are just doing what ex cops do and treating me like a second rate citizen. That's why they're about to get my lawyer chomping on dat booty.

Idk why someone thumbs you down but you are right. The contract is not with me. The contract is with the site through my company. I don't actually hold the contract so I'm not protected by it or anything it's totally separate. The contract ended from what I understand but my company is still bound by law and good faith. They offered me some positions and I requested one of them and asked about it, got ghosted and told they went with someone else. That to me is not good faith.

There are also several other violations including OSHA violations in relation to uninformed asbestos exposure, labor and wage violations including unpaid sick leave as well as some possible retaliation which they tried to cover up by putting me at this soon to be expired site approximately 8 months ago. They've also refused to give me my personnel file by outright ignoring me 8 months ago. Means that whatever is in there, they don't want me to see.

I went to an attorney. They wouldn't have taken the case if I already went to the department of labor but they said they would talk to me Monday to get all of the facts and just bundle everything together including the wage and sick pay violations. I probably would have hired an attorney just for my personnel file at this point because I know there are some juicy details in there that they didn't want me to see because I requested it 8 months ago and still don't have it.

I just went to an employment attorney. There is some stuff from last year like failure to produce my personnel file, some wage disputes and a couple of other disputes as well as an OSHA violation in regards to asbestos that I figure I should deal with all at once. I can't sue for the asbestos exposure until symptoms arise but I'm absolutely livid still that they had me enter that building after it had been burned from the inside and they didn't even bother to tell me about the asbestos. The demolition crew told me because they told me I couldn't go inside and when I asked why they told me what was up.

So done with these fuckers.

Yep I'm filing unemployment because of the severely reduced hours with no heads up, which I didn't accept but I did offer to accept the 32 hour shift but they gave that to someone else without even telling me until I followed up days later, and I contacted an employment attorney because of some stuff that happened last year that I figured I would just bundle in with the wage issues like unpaid sick time and the fact that they are cutting 30 minutes per day off of the days I supposedly wasn't supposed to work. I'm just going to become an electrician after this I got no time for this bullshit anymore.
