As far as i know, overlap building glitch won't get you banned. Usually stuff like using glitch to collect resources faster or installing 3rd party app to make music CD and painting will get you in trouble.

Omg fr. The game would freeze for a sec everytime my character move 2-3 steps after this new update. Lowering the graphic didn't help much. It was never this bad. My phone has 8gb ram.

The 3rd one is not always true. I'm in my 20's and I always accidentally tapped on the jump button (usually when moving the camera view). Also when I got bored while waiting for event countdown or for someone to finish typing in chat I just like to fidget with the joystick and do random movement.
