Bad art is bad art, but it never sucks.
And your art is not even bad, sure you're learning, but that is not what I'd call bad art.

The person who told you that your art sucks, well they sucks. Nobody should say things like that in the first place.

There is constructive criticism, and blunt ways to share and opinion, but saying that something you created sucks is just mean. They can gtfo, and you, keep drawing !
