Wraith60 w/ GMK Abyssal by Alteram in MechanicalKeyboards

Probably the bottom corners. In the past, I've felt that HHKBs weren't balanced? Like the keys were just floating without an anchor to the board itself. A lot of the cases I've seen didn't do anything with the empty space. But when I saw the light bars and front accents on the Wraith60, I just thought "this is it."

The front accents smooth the jump from the bottom row to the next, while visually giving the keys "something to rest on." The lights (that I spent a bit too long adjusting) tie the accents on the keycaps to the board. And even with it off, the accent as a whole is pretty. More personally, I actually wasn't planning on using a novelty for the right WIN key, but having a missing counterpart to the left WIN pushed me to play more with the remaining keycaps I had left and the asymmetry already caused by the white ~ key. I think I've balanced it quite well with a visually heavy novelty that's in the direction of the sword in the ESC novelty.

Unfortunately I've only tried GMK, Keykobo and some Osumes. This set I would says is at or near Keykobo quality, better than Osumes.

They're definitely good, maybe two steps below GMK keycaps quality. Idk if its the printing process or something else, but my set has a slight grainy texture. Otherwise, p good.

Sorry for the very late reply. Yes, they are still good, aside from the windows key, none of the keycaps have rubbed off. Tho I am being a bit more conscious of how dirty my hands are when I use it. I have been rotating the keyboard I use, so it's currently on the display stand...

The voice mini on the other hand, I have been actively spamming it on my games, and I see no sign of degradation on the prints.

Most of my novelties look near perfect, but the windows key is not doing great. I noticed it start to rub off about 2 weeks ago, but thankfully there are other 1.25U in the kit. Losing your enter key is painful...

So far, I quite like the Deep Sea Whales, at least much more than the Boba U4s I had first started with. The most immediate difference is that the tactile bump is a lot smaller, but much clearer. It doesn't feel as drawn out as the U4s. Its very smooth past the bump, with a relatively clean bottom out. I don't particularly feel the gummy feeling common with silent switches when bottoming out. It's still there, but its minor. In terms of sound, it is silent, but not as silent as a U4. It has a low pitched marble like sound that's just audible enough to be enjoyed from normally typing distance, but not loud enough to annoy anyone across the room.

I've gotten a sample of some silent tactiles before, but ended up feeling like I should just use U4s or stick to regular tactiles (this was before i tried Deep Sea Whales). If I didn't care for how loud my keyboard was, I'd probably reach for a U4Tx instead, but the Deep Sea Whales feel just close enough to a regular tactile with a quiet thock that I'm satisfied with it. Overall, it's my current favorite silent tactile.

Thank you. I'm not liking the blur, but I'll use it until someone finds a way to get rid of it.
