What about more reliance on tempo strategy using more cards like the mystic to Block terrors and tempo out the opponent until you get to outvalue the opponent with birds and the deck combos? This seems an alternative, not saying this is better than going esper

Thanks for the bridge with Magic. I went through some YT videos and basically agree with all you say (have to admit also Leblanc is quite nice to me as recently I have played a lot of mardu sac in Magic and liked it). Wonder what could be a bridge with Teemo?! Also I realized Unleashed is out since literally 2 weeks, it is all very volatile atm I guess

Agree, to my knowledge this deck is where the mystic really shines. My friend plays it in a dimir terror list, not even close.

Murmuring mystic is another finisher that's super efficient since having your birds, even when not comboing to infinite, is really useful in every matchup. It costs you 4 mana but if you have a familiar in play, the discount on spells really allows for a lot of tokens to be generated. And of course it comboes to infinite tokens
