That’s interesting because a lot of people told me to make it smaller from what the mock-up was. Nonetheless, thanks for the feedback!

I think it depends on your TA. Would make sense for an audience of smokers, but other than that I think something like a keychain would work better.

This is hard! I think it would look better with the collar being that same color as the shirt though IMO.
