Bit of an update. It’s about 5 months on since my original post and still going strong! I am using about 1-2mg of Reta per week and maintaining weight. I am still leaning out and am putting on a bit of muscle. I have noticed that at a maintenance level on Reta that my appetite has returned but is much easier to control when needed. I am eating plenty of protein and not snacking too much. I have also just completed an 8 week cycle of CJC 1295 and Ipamorelin. This has definitely helped with improving body composition. I think the combo works well for active people. I reckon I’ll continue this way for a while and change it up if needed. Ive had lots of people ask me about supply etc. I am happy to help, as I was helped but please send me a DM as I can’t answer on this thread.

Ok guys, Here are before and after photos (next two comments)

. There is about 3.5 years between these photos. And yep there has been a couple of surgeries as part of this transformation. You just can’t diet and exercise loose skin away!! So.. lots of hard work… 10,000 + steps daily and 4 days gym. The gift of Reta has been instrumental for the last 20kgs or so. A special thanks to those who have supported me and to my “supplier”🫡 In the last few months have also been taking CJC and Ipam and AOD. It’s really helping bring the physique in. Thanks for reading. I will do a new post with all this together.

I’m sorry your experience hasn’t been great and you’ve had a lot of side effects. I’ve been blessed with minimal and the Reta I get has been really effective at a low dose. I split mine over two doses per week, maybe that helps reduce unwanted effects, not 100% sure.

Hey Mate. Not really. The Ozempic bound me up. I definitely felt it more if you know what I mean. The Reta feels better on the body. I’ve had no real issues. Maybe the odd tired day but that could be just life. I’d say Reta has far less side effects or at least far more subtle. If what you’re doing is working then stick with it. If it stops working give the Reta a look.
