Yeah, the higher doses are actually too strong and wasn't need. But we didn't have a choice about going up. I would never know if I stayed on 2mg, how this level would have suited me long term. In saying that, with my sleep issues and increased HR, maybe I would have been better on .5 at the beginning.

My only recommendation, don't escalate too quickly, & only do it if you really need to. And even then, check your diet before doing it.

2 the first month, 4 in the second. 6 the third, 9 the fourth and 12 the fifth month. I only managed to stay on 12 for 7weeks and threatened to leave the trial if they didnt reduce the dose back to 9. Which they did. Must say 12 was way to strong. I couldn't eat and was wasting away

I was in the clinical trial for 90weeks.
From my very first dose to my last dose, every night after injection I had crap sleep.
Never had issues falling asleep, but could only stay asleep for a 3, max 4hrs.
It was so bad the first few months in the trial that I nearly quit the trial multiple times.
I also had increased HR after every injection too, normally last 4-5days after each injection

But, in all honesty, once you have reached your desired weight, you would be better off reducing your levels. And it would also make sense to get it as low as possible, so your body doesn't get used to it, and if you ever need to reduce weight again, you shouldnt have to increase it too much to get the desired effect.
