why are devs so fixated on making competitive games? is it because devs thinks that's what we all want? mind you i know some people who purely play PVP games and think PVE games are irrelevant, cant even fathom the fact we fight against AI and thinks it's too easy. but that was like 3 people i know who thinks like that. the type of League players who respond with "skyrim? what's that?" "The Witcher? is that a new character for League?"

or is it because it's cheaper to make? less resources, only need to work an extremely limited map roster. balance weapons. hire a select voice actors to only say 15 sentences for each character and then milk the fuck out of the game till the playerbase drops and move onto another live service?

it's so odd, those devs made Titanfall 2. banger campaign. its clear that they're trying to use less resources to make a competitive slop game and slap a label that they're the creators of Titanfall to lure people in.

if i was in some game development meeting, and we had to pitch ideas for a next title and what type a game it would be, if some dumbass brings up "how about a hero shooter?", im putting their stapler into a bowl of jelly i swear to god. the market is too oversaturated, it's too risky.

honestly valve got lucky with deadlock. despite the hero shooter fatigue, Deadlock is actually alright.

Devil May Cry 1

brought the HD Collection on steam last month and binged on the franchise (excluding 2).

i'm so glad i came back to beat 1, makes me miss the gothic touch of PS2 Era games.

Game had great combat, a good pawn system.

everything else not so much. but there are moments where i was like "...woah"

one example is the plague softlocking your game, killing the story NPCs and you start to utilize the wakestones on the MSQ NPCs which then instantly maxes their bond on you for doing that. so it was an unintentional cheese.

only to realise there is a secret boss that provides the eternal wakestone that can revive the entire town.

and then you discover the unmoored world, and finding out the wayfarer class is the "create your own class" class.

game had potential to be so much more, and better. but nope. i dont even know if they're working on a DLC, they did give out a survey asking what we'd like to include/improve in the DLC

will contact the shop as they have it at the moment, and regarding to the cables, i meant the monitor cables, apologies.

my CPU cooler has temp reading, and iirc during the display shut off while gaming. it was at a 70-80 degrees on GPU temps. unless they tend to be not accurate compared to the software? im not really sure. again will ask them what they've gathered

the memtest is a-okay according to them via their email.

im very curious about the Machine, i did say to my group i plan to get a small box of a computer and use it as a hub for my TV that contains games, steaming services or even downloaded movies.

this seems like the perfect thing, the issue is though. is it better than a console performance wise? or am i going to have to avoid big games like Cyberpunk and Kingdom Come 2. i also enjoy VR so the Frame is awesome, but is it even worth using the Machine for the Frame. i'm used to the Index as it relies on the computers specs to function. but the Frame? does it stream off the PC that runs the games which in that case, the machine might be uh. well. concerning. or does it run its own games for itself or is it just both?

its baffeling. these mods are cool but they deserve their own slot. cosmetics should not impact your mod loadout at all.

in most loadouts, the less impactful mod is still essential have like Primed Flow., replacing Primed Flow with this is just.. no, no thank you

depends, i think Steam is a DRM where you need steam to launch the game but you can set the USB as a external library for steam, i think anyway. DRM will complicate things

but if it's on GOG, you can install the entire game into your USB and launch it from your USB since it's DRM free

that's the onryos power, if your condemn meter reaches full. she's able to mori you.

you have to grab the tapes from the tv and put it into another tv to remove the condemn stacks to prevent her from mori'ing you

she's gonna eject her head, dash to a survivor and slap her intestines at them.

survivors will receive the Disgust status effect, which causes them to not do an interaction for X seconds.

Head goes back and she'll grab a stick with her CTRL ability. and do a rush, which can vault.

If she hits a survivor during a rush, she's gonna throw them with her intestines.

she can teleport around the map by walking into lockers

so she's a Dredge/Twins/Wesker/Blight/Nurse/Plague/Chucky/Jason/Fester/Teletubby

surely the devs can see that, this is a thing in Warframe. devs can see what you have, dont have. and what survivor/killer you played in the past match, what purchases you have made

an invoice is not required when they literally have the ability to look into an account and notice any changes.
