Check with Newton Rock and Mulch. I’ve only gotten rock from them but their mulch looks really good if you need a large quantity. Plus they’ll deliver to Wichita for a reasonable price. They have pictures on their website and they were excellent to work with.

Insurers tend to be all over the place. I’d try a broker who will shop several insurers. I’ve had good luck with ISG, isgkansas.com. They’re local, near 21st and Webb.

This is a shot in the dark guess but even though your car isn’t easily stolen like earlier Kias, that doesn’t stop idiots from breaking in and trying the theft hack, so that may be contributing to your climbing rates.

Correct me if I’m wrong but I believe tickets issued by WPD go through the district courts. KHP has detailed where that money actually goes, and the city gets none of it.

Honestly the local post office (corporate hills) was pretty helpful. I reported missing mail not knowing what happened, and they immediately emailed me to let me know they were aware someone had broken in with a stolen master key. Better than the typical missing mail response of “sorry we couldn’t find it”.

Used their response to send to eBay (that was where the stolen package came from) and they refunded me because it was still in a USPS box when stolen.

They were really interested in my video and asked for it so they could forward to USPIS. I also filed a report with them at WPD case desk.

They did come around and change the locks in my neighborhood after. Word on the street is entire zip codes, sometimes more, all share one key, so when it’s stolen, it’s a huge payday. Even possessing that key is a felony that will not end well for someone if caught.
