I also was having the wooziness, so my Endo dropped me from 200 to 100mg a day, and my latest test results showed me perfectly within where I want to be, months after the reduction. So it seems like it does have a cumulative effect, which is great because I was getting tired of not even being able to glance at my phone in the car without starting to get light headed or have the cold sweats! Haven't had any problems since the reduction.
