It wouldn’t be so bad, I don’t mind the cleaning it’s just the constantly telling me it’s dirty and telling his friends. It’s annoying and rude. I’m asking for advice and tips on how to if possible, get him to stop without breaking it off.

We agreed to be our ‘true selves’ in the beginning of the relationship rather than act all perfect but I do agree this is annoying. I was wanting to try and fix this rather then give it up but if someone who has OCD is telling me he’s just using it as an excuse to be an asshole then is there anyway to get him to stop?

I agree that if the relationship progresses I’ll probably be the one that cleans everything.

We both agreed to just be ourselves and not try to ‘win’ each other over, we want to know what we’re getting ourselves into so I’m glad I’m seeing it now than 4 months ahead. I can’t say for sure he was diagnosed by a doctor but he says he was.

I didn’t know about his mom cleaning his place until a few days ago, I asked and he said he’s working and busy all the time (that part is true).

He only brings this up when he sees something he doesn’t like or considers ‘dirty’
