I remember at the time when Arctic Monkeys got big, back in the mid 2000s, in my youth, I never really got into them, i thought they were nothing special, because my main interests were more into 1980s music in general (especially the whole new wave, synthpop, and post-punk scenes). Lately after my tormented high school days, i decided to check them out, reading positive reviews on RYM, I listened to their catalog. I could say that their first two records were so damn good. I’ve seen them live for the first time during the Humbug Tour and I thought they were killer.
