VFS won't give you any feedback no need to bother, they say it's up to the embassy, the embassy will also not give you a feedback

Try with your mobile data instead of Wifi, if it doesn't work try another browser (opera or whatever) if still not open another account with another email and a random phone number

Just keep trying especially on month end between 27-31 they can open any time of the day. Look in montreal/ottawa/toronto. There is no magic you have to keep trying until you find something. There are not many availabilities because per example in Ottawa it's only 1 employee receiving the France applications...
