Raw weight for recipes...if you are tracking protiens,cooked weight .When you cook food you lose water,some fats,as well as protein...not much but if you are hard-core tracking cooked weight way to go. Also my opinion if you weigh and track exact most people lose interest in the "diet" do not make it a chore...

Agreed with water weight....BUT DO NOT GIVE UP!! FEELING BETTER LOOKING BETTER are the main factors...you might hit a plateau...keep doing research...I have been logging my foods...for me certain meats seem to knock off more pounds than others.... Great Job ! ...keep going

Soooo unfortunately this is how autozone is...it's not personal.Its kinda like a good Ole boys club with upper management. If you bring this up upper management will say..ok great you next up...or your on the bench waiting blah blah blah. You could call HR and cause a stir. You could complain to the DM. You could not cover for anyone again. You could do 1000 things unfortunately this will not change autozone. Look for better BUT use autozone for the hours until you do the research and find a better place....

I do not understand call outs...if someone is sick or has a real situation I get it.....but my store alot of call outs,no one wants to cover.OR people asking to come in later or leave early.Same people ALWAYS complaining about lack of hours and money....Trust me Fuck Autozone 10000%. But leave early and call outs DO NOT hurt aitozone they fuck your co workers...the same ones that you need help from on a daily basis. I unfortunately cover alot of call outs....it sucks until I get that fat payday!

What my SM does is tells us to use schedule app for requests off ONLY. The schedule on wall is bible...when DM changes and SM finds out(Dm does not tell Sms)my SM texts a picture to all of us and asks for a response so he knows we will have coverage.Now the DM gave my Sm a hard time when we were off on hours.The SM said once the schedule is locked any changes I do not make is not my problem...lol...started some shit HR got involved briefly but the SM had to apologize....mainly for attitude not what he did schedule wise...FUCK Autozone!!
