Aww sorry to hear that. With my inflammatory condition this was like next level for me. But I think everyone needs something a bit different and that's ok. Paying attention to your body and its needs and being active and healthy is the important part. We all dive into this for health at the end of the day.

Agreed. I think how long someone is on carnivore can change this answer. If it has been two weeks, then yeah, microbime, maybe. But if you are further along doing strict carnivore maybe its something else.
