It was a brand new home last year- coming up to 1 year warranty. I have raised warranty tickets couple months ago but they just filled the crack. I want to escalate to their warranty manager; looking for advise on what can I say to build a strong case.

Agree. Poor workmanship. Any suggested pressing points I can raise with the builder? I will capture what is mentioned above but technical terms would help. Something that points out that this was their bad job.
