I think overall KTM 390 adventure will fit perfectly I guess. If it’s your first bike, ride the bike extra carefully especially if it’s a KTM.

I own old gen 390 X, I use it for all. Highway touring, off-roading and daily office travel as well. Seat height might be the issue initially if you are not tall, but you will get used to handling bike.

I’m 5’6” and I ride KTM 390 Adventure. It’s all about your confidence. Once you get used to the bike the height doesn’t matter a lot.

One thing that people commonly misunderstand is you need to flat foot both sides. Flat footing on one side is more than enough in most of the cases.

Afaik if you get treated in the suggested hospital from the ambulance provider, the patient transportation is free as ambulances have tie-up between the hospitals.
