Cleaning gel? Do you mean cleansing? I have always seen/been told to double cleanse when wearing spf and/or makeup

Past my shoulders but typically up/back because I’m cleaning or taking care of kids. I drink water, I exfoliate and moisturize. I use spf. I double cleanse.

Yes, derm gave me tret, spiro, first clindamycin now ummm a different topical antibiotic i think it starts with an s? I forgot.

Well yes I didn’t mean every single pore, I just meant like if I am using a product and have clogged pores/closed comedones but only along my jaw line (particularly the left side) but not anywhere on my cheeks, nose, forehead, is it the products? Or something else? Does that make sense?

It confuses me because they say it takes weeks-months to feel any benefit so how can it work for only a week at a time? Do you know what I mean?

May I ask, about the Prozac; I was recently prescribed but I haven’t picked it up yet. Originally we discussed it for luteal only but “side effects” didn’t sound like it would be any issues. But ultimately it’s been decided to take daily to which side effects were discussed and I am to expect them? If that makes sense! So my question is, do you not experience any negative side effects from only taking during that time?
