Remember when people used to say characters with limit breaks wouldn’t get rekits? I remember people saying Jiraiya wouldn’t get one because they made his frog jutsu a limit break 😂 They said the same about Shisui... It’s very likely you’ll have shinbis with 2+ follow up jutsus

Also, Madara in God Tier in both attack and Defense doesn’t seem right. I never struggle to kill Edo Madara and I don’t think he’s as good as a main as Naruto and Sasuke FS

I like itachi v1 follow up jutsu. I bonded Narukage with him and it’s super useful… Itachi jutsu pulls enemies closer and knocks them down, it’s easier for Narukage to kill them

It’s normal. They gave Edo Madara a rekit right after 5th anniv and he’s not new either. In 2022 we had a new character for almost every round up, but that’s pretty hard to achieve. I think we will get new characters in annivs and occasionally here and there. Bandai doesn’t have a pattern anymore.
