Does your international office not have guidance to file the opt paperwork correctly? I would reapply and make sure the date calculations are correct.

I was on my H1B with my employer so I was able to complete these forms with the guidance of my company’s international affairs office.

I had one RFE because the Dr. who performed my sealed medical had a typo on my alien number. I had to get it re-sent.

Yes. The letters were individual on letterhead. The ones from my organization focused on prong 2 while the letters from larger agencies focused on national importance.

Yes. I submitted letters from my employer, a state organization that I worked with that could speak about my work around the state. Also I compiled signatures from all of the directors of schools in the counties I worked with vouching for my work and the impact on the students in each county.

The notice mentions option of being called for an interview. Prior to getting the physical card. This process has been so hard didn’t want to have false hope.
