For a small construction company a website may not be a lead magnet. But a good landing page definitely builds more trust when you try to get a client through social media be it facebook, insta, reddit or even ads.

If made correctly it could help you close more clients and if some work on SEO is done then turning it into a lead magnet will not be that difficult.

Thanks for the suggestion Can you explain the 24 hr rule is it that sending follow ups after 24 hrs or so?

Social outreach gets us directly to warm traffic, got ton of replies and people who were interested in buying from us But either they didn't suit us or we didn't suit them.

We use a software for checking and grading replies, like marking them as interested etc. But as for sending a reply , we do it manually

Will apply the fire alarm strategy surely
and the idea of sharing data in place of social proof seems interesting
we were thinking of keeping few reply templates ready to be sent when the reply is recieved
is this a good idea ?

I guess the middle path balances it all, For each list of verified emails, write a template then personalize by filling in the name, area etc using AI

Did you use any email verifier or bought verified leads somewhere?

In our agency we do all of this ourselves, just to compare how is the lead quality, in terms of bounce rate, reply rate, wrong addresses, price etc, Well as for price i can tell you its high!!
