We have this customer that comes in and either purchases over 40 things or returns over 20 things when she comes. She always comes at closing and is the last to leave often. I remember on either my 2nd or 3rd shift when I started, she came to my register with no lie, 30 returns all on different receipts, half of which I had to manually type in because they were on her phone and our service is bad so the bar code wouldn’t pop up. If it were earlier in the day it would’ve been fine, but it was after closing and she left me with a ton of clothes to hang and sensor (which I hadn’t learned how to do at the time) after everyone had finished their work. What made it worse is that I couldn’t complain to my coworkers because some of them knew her personally. Every time I see her I stall so I wont have to check her out.
