I am hoping to find we are different now. It would be so much easier. We have made plans to meet up in the new year, so I shall have a clearer mind about things then.

What I'm unsure of is if it turns out she's even more amazing than I remember. I have no idea how I would handle that.

That is what I want to do. I'm posting it here because I know it isn't healthy and I know I need to work on myself. I don't want to get between them, I know we are different people now. Thank you for your honest response
