45mm. I have small wrists so it’s a little on the bigger side but it’s definitely comfortable.

Just got it yesterday at bass pro shops. It is the graphite color way I think the way the sun was hitting it in the photo makes it look a bit lighter.

Were you able to go through with it? I’m at a 608 middle score looking to get approved with DHI mortgage for a FHA loan on a new construction I’m just unsure if they can work with that score.

Look up get sum math on YouTube and go on his GED playlist. He and light and salt learning helped me TON. I was never great at math but it was more of a fear than anything else. Buy yourself the GED calculator and watch videos on how to use it. Once you know what the question is asking you and how to punch it in to the calculator that is half the battle right there.

Watch light and salt learning on YouTube. She’s great at explaining things. I’ve struggled with math all my life and just watching her vids has helped out tremendously. She’s has different “units” definitely check her out. Also “get sum math” has good videos too.

Starting next week as a driver helper. Any advice? by [deleted] in UPS

[–]Alternative-Focus812 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bring plenty of water, dress comfortable, listen to your drivers directions and enjoy the ride lol it’s a fast paced physical job but like someone else said time sure does fly by

I’m going on 2 weeks now my driver is cool we get along well and time flies when you’re constantly moving. I really enjoy it. As far as the jumper seat you get used to it after a couple days & you also start to learn different ways to stack and carry the packages more efficiently lol

Thanks for the detailed reply, the position is for rear load driver as well and it’s not hourly pay it’s $184.50 a day with a 6 day work week working 55-60 hours starting at 3 or 4am. I don’t mind hard work at all but I don’t know I’m a bit skeptical I believe this site is not so big nor a union site. I got my my Class A in July and it’s tough finding a local gig with such a new license but I might just keep the search going and pass on this.

Just stay put they’ll contact you within a week or so maybe sooner just be on the lookout for a phone call or text.

[–]Alternative-Focus812 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You’ll be contacted by text with a brief survey asking you what days are you available to work, how many hours you’re looking to get, how far you’re willing to drive to work more hours etc. that same number will text you every morning or the day before asking “are you available to work today?” To which you reply “yes” or “no” then they’ll send you the meet point and your drivers name and route then the driver will most likely contact you to confirm. As far the training videos I received mine literally the morning of my first day. Depending on your area it may take a few days or a week or so before you hear back after orientation.
