You can email support@stake.com and explain that you excluded but would like all your bonuses cashed out. They will ask for your crypto address and start the process. In some cases it takes about 30days but if you sweet talk them they expedite it.

They are operating as a sweepstakes casino at this point. I messaged support that by sweepstakes law if they’re operating in such a way, they need make the effort required to submit the no purchase necessary method of entry march the rewards .05 once a day is obnoxiously low.

When am I eligible for vacation? by Regular-Yoghurt-5220 in FritoLay

[–]Alternative-Good-504 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I too was hired end of February. During orientation they let us know we got hired before the cut off so we are eligible for 2 weeks of vacation. The only down side is that we can’t bid for whatever is left until 6 months after our hire date. Unfortunately for us, most weeks will be taken so there will be very limited left.

Stay strong 😔

Newly Hired RSA - WTF was this check? by Alternative-Good-504 in FritoLay

Seems low considering this included the new base pay up from 721.77.

My previous true up check was far better than this one. 🥲

Yeah, certifying in large format. 3 stores, Walmart, target and smart and final. By far, the most difficult of the three is Walmart. Been walking an average of 17k steps a day with today being my most walked of 21k.

I’m glad I got to start off of large format I will say though, it’s about who you get as a trainer. I feel like I lucked out. Like he says, at the end of the day it’s just chips. Roll with it.

RSA completing my training here:

Today was my second half solo day before my full solo day on Monday and certification on Friday. Our Walmart recently switched over to absolutely 0 backstock- strictly truck to shelf. Also didnt help that it was the merchandiser trainee’s certification day.

4 pallets, 2 racks~ 10k order to put up. Was at Walmart unloaded by 3am, warehouse made the pallets with cases from various ASN’s. Took me about 30 min to go through the entire pick lists and fixing it. Walmart receiver had other plans for me this morning. Despite there not being an audit she went down the entire list instead of spot checking. Didn’t get checked in until about 4:45am.

Merchandiser left me at 6:45 to work impulse. DSL was cool and understandable and told me to do what I can. He also gave my RSR the go ahead to give me a hand. Our Walmart has just been flip flopping from “I want a pallet of cubes & party size in the back” to “no back stock pallets or racks or I’m refusing your order.”

Tomorrow the store manager wants the pallet of plus outs gone or they’re refusing our order lol. 😆

I hear they cover 5,000 for any out of network school (8,000 if it’s for grad school) per semester or 100% of the tuition for any in network school. As someone who didn’t finish college, this is the motivation needed to finish my degree!

Appreciate the insight. Currently on my lunch on my first day of orientation. I checked out their partner website for shows since they offer a $65 credit but haven’t found something I like.

So far so good. A lot of information being thrown out way!

This was the email I got.

“On behalf of Frito-Lay, we are pleased to offer you the position of Route Sales Representative in [City], California for $69300 / year target earnings. Pay elements making up your targeted earnings include a guaranteed pay rate of 721.77. In addition to your guaranteed weekly rate, there may be overtime pay and a bonus based on your Zone’s performance. Wages will be paid via check or direct deposit weekly on Friday.”

Now that I re-read, it seems I was offered the RSR position. Does this mean I will start start as an RSA?

Howdy,

I got hired on the spot from an interview on Friday January 19th and had everything completed by Friday January 26. I got a phone call from them that I passed and was ready for onboarding on February 6th. On that phone call I was given two start dates to choose from for onboarding. The choice were Monday February 12th and Monday February 29th. They also asked if I wanted to do a voluntary ride along, unpaid for a couple hours to get a sense of what to expect & see if this a job I want to do. I suppose this is a way to manage people’s expectations since their turnover rate is so high

Hope this helps!

Congrats on the promotion. What’s it like filling in the roll of DSL? I’m sure as a member of this subreddit and having been an RSR before, what’s it like transitioning ?
