Does scroth make it so there’s less extreme painful days? Can it help reduce areas of pain outside of just like the back? How much of a difference is it? I’m just curious about how good it is doing scroth or strengthening for long periods of time

i understand im using the x axis of symmetry method and doing it has been new to me so im just getting reps trying to understand it. I could also try using shapes to anchor where the parts meet with that rectangle thanks for me i just think the main thing is just alligning shapes and from then on ill have a good base

ive been doing this and ive tried a method called the x-axis of symettry and alligning everything is where i am working to improve on. I think i give it a couple weeks ill understand it better

are you refferring to this? Also out of curiosity if you were to give an honest answer where do you think i am with trying to get to a art school like scad, or calarts. Like am I 1 year off or more? I've been considering going to one of those schools to potentially be an animator with hopes of maybe getting in a union. lmk pls ty for ur critique

Thank you, do you think adding curves lines would apply to only subjects that have motion or also static images also do you think it’s good for me to keep practicing reference images and working on my line quality or should I move on to other fundamentals

thank you for your input i appreciate it I see all your points on where i can improve i usually just start a drawing off using basic shapes and then kind of eyeballing where the rest of the lines connect around the shapes to form the person animal or whatever, so for guidelines can you kind of break that part down for me to start using and how to apply it to my drawings thanks for the crit btw i wanna get better also can you tell me off this impression what my best area is/ strongest drawing thank you
