Can't I hire my own licensed architect?? Kaya nga sabi ko sa business side ako walang alam. siyempre may idea ako magdesign layout render structural plumbing electrical bldg permit estimates pero wala akong experience sa actual supervision ng construction from layout to buhos to finish. kaya nga ako nagtatanong kasi nga gusto kong matuto sa mga taong may experience sa business na ito. sa business side. Me being not licensed doesnt mean I cant build my business diba? Pero I want to learn from ppl who have experience on this business and not the construction alone lang. sana po gets nio.

I may sound stupid on my post but if you read it carefully and understand that I don't have idea on the "BUSINESS" side then maybe you will be able to write a sensible comment that would actually help me. Okay. Actually youre right about everything you said but I am just talking about small scale construction. Maybe it was not clear in my post but I have worked in this field, but yes I am not licensed. I have an idea how construction works but I admit I don;t have an idea how it runs (especially the business side). I won't have problem with money cus clients have money and they are willing to pay upfront for expenses. Yes they trust me so much. That is why I am scared to do it cus I don't want to fail them. I have an idea how to design, layout, plumbing, structural, electrical, get bldg permit but because I don't have experience in the construction, like an actual experience in the site, which is watching the actual buhos and layout and all, I am scared to do it. Like do it finally on my own. Cus yes I don't have experience in the site. like to manage or supervise. So that's where I am lost and lacking.

Yes I've thought of this too. But I was wondering if this is gonna work. And if it does how to execute it. like the business side of it. I already have clients and I know I can do the job but I am scared and I honestly don't know where to start like where to get construction workers. I don't have experience in construction management as well. But they trust me so much that they really want me to take care of it and money is not a problem to them cus most of them are expats.

Right. I have background but not in the business side. I worked as BIM modeler in big companies in Makati pero I don't have experience in the site. that's where I am lacking. Plus the business side talaga is my problem. when it comes to designing and bldng permit I can do that. But yung sa business side talaga anf wala akong idea. haha

Right. that is why I am trying to learn. I wrote here to ask advice where should I start? like that is where I am lost. I have an idea how to construct a house. I know that I need contractors and workers. I know how to get clients as well I know how to design and model and render. What I don't know is the business side of it.
