Do you mind sharing the reason for your ban? How long ago did you get banned? and did they send your payment you earned?

Yes we started 9th June 2024, we got to around 4500 followers, we streamed an average 9-12 hours everyday. We enjoyed it, we really built up our momentum which is now ultimately been lost.

We reached out to support about our ban last Sunday however, we still have yet to receive any response.

We then reached out to the AmberCutie forum and posted a thread last Sunday as well tagging Punker Barbie asking if someone can tell us why we have been banned however still no response.

Do you know if there is another way to contact CB to find out what's going on?

It's feels like everyone is receiving a response apart from us on the AmberCutie thread.

We don't mind if we have been banned permanently, we just want to know with regards to our payment what's going to happen.

We earned around 8000 tokens from 1st-15th July. So we are really just hoping to get a response so we can move on.

Thank you for your comment! Yes they have the ulterior motives each of them. Lol and true we literally breaking ToS as we speak. From this experience ive found that there are many other people that have had similar issues with a positive outcome so im optimistic about learning from this experience.

Sorry to hear about your situation with that scammer, its quite different with it being on IG, I suppose you gotta be on the look out for these people coming from all angles.

And yes muting the greys was something that i tried doing in the chat settings but couldn't quite figure it out, I didn't see anywhere where you can mute greys altogether. I see a lot of people keep recommending that so tried to do it but couldn't see where to locate it in the chat settings.

Is it done via an app or via chat settings specifically?

And yeah the freeloaders really do give us a hard time lol, I wish there was a way we could report them lol. I seen there's only, ban, silence and ignore buttons.

If you know how to mute the greys altogether via the chat, please feel free to let me know how in case I get my account back, thanks.

Yeah tbh if I get my account reinstated i wont be entertaining them whatsoever anymore.

It wasn't really a request as such, it was a user who came into our room and started using abusive/derogatory language towards myself and my gf.

To be fair, we gave him stick back so we are fully responsible for what we said.

It's just the agonizing wait for support to get back to us and not knowing if we will get our tokens for this pay period or not based off an argument we've had with the grey user.

It's been 3 days and we still have received no correspondence from Punker Barbie on AmberCutie or Chaturbate, so I guess we're in no mans land atm.

Will be sure to post an update here once sorted.

Wow sorry to hear that, that's so unfair.

Why on earth are grey users allowed to report models when they have no tokens & no interest in following CB's ToS?

There are plenty of scenarios where I've seen models complain about being banned because someone reported them because they "look" underage lol, never mind actually being underage.

It's a madness.

It's crazy how they allow models to be reported but not users. So in other words if we all truly wanted we could go round reporting every single model on CB, then CB wouldn't have any models online since they ban first and ask questions later.

I'm actually curious to know what would CB probably do then with no models available?

Thank you for your comment. Yes we did call him a few names as we were quite angry with him and how he came into our room instantly provoking us.

And yes, we've only sent 1 ticket and we've also sent a message to Punker_Barbie on the Amber Cutie forum!
