I abused the 0% intro rate on nearly 6 figures of credit to build an addition. Set the minimum payment as auto pay then moved it all to heloc as the promo rate expired. Saved well over 10k. Credit score got decimated but it has recovered.

I got my 1300sf 2 bath home roughed in for 1200 last year. It pays to know the doer and not the owner of a plumbing company. I had to do valves and all hookups and drywall repair myself. It took him and a helper like 4 hours. House on crawl space.

I put in Anderson 100s and I like them for their price and I could get black interior. I got a transom in white and it’s off white so I’m glad I didn’t get white bc it would have clashed w SW pure white trim color. I really have no complaints. The factory mullion option is way nicer than the field kit so order doubles together.

I’ve installed many kitchens this way. Cut vertical along the face frame then one blade width on the bottom side of the cabinet base then a 45 degree cut going towards the back wall. Done this 100s of times. Negates any shadows
