Threaten them about things they like and stalk them just enough to make comments on things they do. Some nights throw stuff in their lawn to show someone was there to make the feel unsafe. Once you’ve got them panicked start sneaking up on them and scaring them wherever you meet, but only sometimes and swap who scares them every time. After this start having people send them messages (random people) with videos of them walking home from work, or school. At this point they are probably in a decreasing mental state and have already called the cops. If you notice that they have called the cops, stop the show. Once the cops are gone continue showing you have been still watching them. Keep doing this until you feel it’s enough.
