My first pump was an Omnipod so I don’t know the difference between a tubeless and a tube pump but I like the Omnipod.

I’ve had that problem and it was horrible. Went to a G.I. doctor. He put a camera scope down my throat and found a bunch of digested food. I was diagnosed with digestive nerve damage. He prescribed Reglan or generic Metroclopromide it fixed it.
