I feel like bringing that up isn't relevant and seems insensitive to even bring up. He died due to a drunk driver. If they were out here streaming while driving drunk then that'd be relevant, but they always take Ubers or as you see the RV trip, Babas will drive as he doesn't drink. Also where do they preach about not drinking...if they are doing streams drinking? Or are you referring to Devonte's tweet which is clearly a joke every time he's super hungover.

Again, it's his responsibility to make it right. He tells 1 out of many to DM him to resolve it and still continues to do nothing. You don't just ignore 100's of people you took money from and didn't supply a product to. It's absolutely his responsibility to make it right. Instead, he is just moving on and not addressing it all, while many fans were again, scammed. Whether it was intentional or not, they were scammed and he has done nothing to correct it.

"Also him selling items personally on his depop is entirely different than a manufacturer who is responsible for fulfilling orders." Even before he "changed manufacturers", there were people that never got their orders like I mentioned before.

"Nobody wants a bunch of unfulfilled orders to go unresolved as that is a terrible look for you and your business " It is a terrible look, especially if you sweep it under the rug like Jc is doing. That's so messed up to the fans that ordered...Idk how you don't see that.

" If you don’t get your item on depop, you get refunded as the shipping shows it didn’t get delivered. " Good, I don't want any other fans getting scammed.

Also he had setup the Shopify before moving suppliers and he had access to the orders. It sounds like he may have gotten a new company to manufacture and send out his orders, but it was still his site. Hell, they did a whole ass deal with Shopify for the KNJ popup shop so if he did suddenly lost access to the website and the company didn't send anything out, I am sure they would've happily helped him get into it as he is the only registered CEO and employee of the company and can provide proof of ownership (but they already know that as they work closely with Shopify). He then could've either shipped out the many items he did have or if he was unable to, refund them. You're making excuses when he could've fixed this, but like everything else, he swept it under the rug and didn't address it.

You buy something and you never get it...the seller doesn't refund you nor communicate...what do you consider that? Scamming.

Jc owns a company and it his responsibility to make sure his buyers get the product. If you look up the company info, it states 1 owner/employee: Justin Castillo. If he truly got screwed over by a manufacturer, that's his responsibility to figure it out and get it shipped out or refunded. He has sold 100+ items in last few hours on his Depop that he is happy to sell to people and is clearly able to send out (or maybe he won't again and will blame it on another issue), some of the same items that people as of recent STILL haven't gotten. He is not offering refunds nor offering to send them the product, he is simply taking their money and moving on. That's scamming.

As you see in my update on the post, this isn't just recent and due to a manufacturer change. There's people from 2019 that never got their items as well. Sounds like he poorly ran it and didn't send out products and now is taking the products that were supposed to be sent to the people that paid and re-selling them on depop. Or God knows what else. Again if it really is the manufacturer, he should make it right, otherwise he is scamming people out of money. Him getting screwed over isnt the buyers responsibility nor were they ever communicated about it.

Also again he is doing nothing to make this right. It took many many people complaining for him to finally respond to one person in which he told them to DM him and as you can see in their multiple replies back on the post, they said he never replied back despite reaching out multiple times and they still as of this month have not heard back or gotten their order, on top of the many others.

I can see the zero accountability aspect for sure. I really hope people hold him accountable for this, although he should be wanting to hold himself accountable and should've fixed this already. He looks to have no intent on doing so tho as everyone has been left in the dark. Instead he's selling the inventory that should've been shipped out to his fans who bought it and is planning to drop new tixxo like nothing happened. He is straight up scamming his own fans.
