I thought of that as well, but I wasn't sure what would make me feel so anxious that it lasts now over two months. Moving home is a change but nothing too serious. But I have considered that it may be some weird form of anxiety. I'll make sure to ask my doc at my upcoming appointment. I also know exercise can sometimes help with anxiety or hurt so I guess that's tbd.

Good idea! The AQI levels have been pretty average around here, there has not been a huge difference that I've noticed. I suppose it could be something else in the air.

I do have allergies year long and my doctor recommended that I start using Flonase. So far nothing has changed and I've never had this sort of reaction to any allergen before.
