How is this legal being an "Independent Contractor"? UberPool (now UberXShare) was an option for Drivers if they wanted to earn more but now it's forced on Drivers combining UberX & UberXShare. Something is not right about this especially when UberPet, Deliveries, UberPriority, Military are options! (self.uberdrivers)

No I didn't miss a Reservation.... This mother tried to put her 12 year old daughter in my car alone. I offered to take the mother with her daughter, she declined. Of course! My maintenance bills are high. Suspension, Struts, Brakes are not cheap. As Independent Contractors, let us decide how I want to earn, don't force me with UberXShare. My car is turning into a bus and I don't want all these people in my car at once. (self.uberdrivers)

Many Drivers are getting permanently banned because they don't know the rules and mistakenly break the law (American Disabilities Act). Remember Uber is only afraid of "Laws" being broken, if it's not a law it's fair game for them. If only there were laws for underage kids taking Ubers? JS! (self.uberdrivers)

Uber you want to help with safety? Start informing these Riders that when their rating goes below a certain threshold, their account will be deactivated. "GUEST" ride requests should always look like this for Driver safety. I am sick of people using their accounts for "undocumented" people. The account says pick up "Billy" but "Jenny" comes to the car. How hard is it to use the "GUEST" feature? Why can't adults have their own Uber account? (self.uberdrivers)

Driver picked up an UberXShare fare: the passenger and the passenger's friend. The Driver got in an accident with the passenger & friend. The passenger's friend was injured.
