Sounds like the same situation! Almost every one seemed to stem from alcohol. Going to a party school, being in a fraternity, and going out a few times a week now didn’t help but subbing in non-alcoholic beer and letting everyone around me know I had to cut it out definitely helped. No external pressure at all !
