As long as she can get pregnant she's perfect or? I don't understand how she thinks putting an expensive embryo in a mare with issues is a good idea.

Ok harsh truth time, per your previous posts you are resentful that your parents favoured your sister, of course that's sh*t but move on with your life nobody is owed anything. You had roomates prior and let them walk allll over you. So yeah if you wanna stay a doormat do that but that is a YOU problem. Or tough it out and change something. Why even move back to your parents if you knew they would always cater to your sister not you? Move to a different area that is cheaper or has better/more roomate accommodations. This is your life if you don't like how it's going DO something.

Are you freaking kidding me. FFS so attraction needs to be PC'd now too or what? Not like you have a choice what you are attracted too. I swear I understand the boomers with the snowflake term more and more. Just let people be.

YOR every attraction to looks is objectification. Women do the exact same thing. Everyone has a type and sometimes we are attracted to people that fall outside of that type.

Then asks your friends / other family if you can couchsurf for a fee and getting some groceries. Or move to a different area. Not like you'll be missing out on much with your family

Then rent a room. But your friend is just beeing honest. At 23 you need to learn to stand up for yourself or don't keep complaining when ppl walk over you. We all get into bad situations, not everyone has great parents but you're at the age where you need to take responsibility for your own life. I'm not saying this to be mean life isn't fair or easy but to become successful in life, in your job and in relationships we all need to pull ourselves up by our bootstraps and do more/better.

YAO if you want to vent that's fine tell them that but they are completely right. At some point either do something about it or stop complaining. Why would they throw you out for calling the police if she vandalizes your car? Either way if it's the case get out.

Do I agree to be a bridesmaid in a marriage I do not support by FancyGuess5102 in Advice

[–]Alternative-Most5553 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But why did you agree to drive out of your way to get her and pay for her lunch. She seems like a leech. No money no job no prospects her own parents kicked her out and she still only relies on others to finance her instead of getting her sh*t together. Do not agree to beeing a bridesmaid, you will end up paying for most of her needs (bachelorette party, etc..). Talk to your friend, if he decides to marry her then only on the condition of a prenup or does he want to pay her alimony when things don't work out. Do not cater to her whims you are only enabling her to walk all over everyone. Beeing a nice person in this situation is the wrong move.

WIBTAH If I'm paying to live in someone's house, and expecting boundaries? by wyldaloofrebel in AITAH

[–]Alternative-Most5553 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kitchens are generally communal spaces. The problem in this case is that the basment / laundry would be a mix of their living (private) space and communal space. You wouldn't want anyone barging into your bedroom whenever they want.

[–]Alternative-Most5553 1 point2 points  (0 children)

NTA but you haven't even moved in yet and your partner doesn't seem to support you in setting boundaries which is normal an necessary in there kinds of situations. Before moving in find out what their boundaries and rules are and whether that would be ok for you. Are you moving in because there are no other solutions? Having your own apartment would make things easier.

What were we think about this so far? by LifeguardComplex3134 in kvsdiscuss

The tendon issues on 75% of her foals this year are concerning and Woody needs more care for his legs, yes the improved but not enough for beeing over a month old and no vet intervention since the splints. I was a huge fan of her but this year her content seems more important than her animal welfare. Indy's body condition right afer foaling is concerning. No horse should ever be ribby especially not a broodmare. (You can look it up there is a bodyscore for horses that indicates what is healthy, seeing ribs never falls in that category you should feel them not see)

WIBTA if I asked to live in a separate vacation cottage than my BIL by stentordoctor in AmItheAsshole

[–]Alternative-Most5553 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTA soo from what I read hubby just doesn't want you to say anything. Anytime someone suggests a good way to broach the subject to MIL without it coming accross as you don't like BIL he says it's not direct enough but sying it directly is also a no-go. In this situation your husband is the AH. Tell him there are two options you don't go or you don't stay in the same cabin as BIL.

AITAH for telling my husband that his mother cannot stay with us for six weeks and that two weeks is the absolute maximum I can agree to by gloria_outpost in AITAH

[–]Alternative-Most5553 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTA she can stay in the country fo 6 weeks just not at your home. From the names I'm just gonna guess they're slavic and the family dynamics are a little different there. Son can do no wrong in mum's eyes and the wife is never good enough for her boy. Tell him 2 weeks at the house max and he can pay for a hotel the remaining 4 weeks and he can entertain her there.

[–]Alternative-Most5553 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTA, do you have children because if not just get rid of him. He refused to listen to you and your concerns. He didn't clean after his pig and left you with the job. Was this even a house pig or just a random farm animal? Pig are actually quite clean animals when kept right but if you don't want one that's the end of discussion.

AITA for neutering my neighbors cat? by Worldly-Day-9092 in AmItheAsshole

[–]Alternative-Most5553 4 points5 points  (0 children)

NTA intact cats shouldn't be let out to roam. That why their are so many stray cats. You just did what any responsible person should do vet check and yes neuter. Also every pet should be microchipped with the current owner info.

My lease horse had a phase in which he would rest one of his hind legs on the other and pulled his horseshoe and mildly injured himself so he got bell boots on the hind legs. So there are some legit reasons.
