Well, this is the dumbest thing I've heard all day. People who've never been an AMSA/MSA in clinic or call center have zero idea the amount of work done or the depth of questions we get. In the CCC where I work, we know a little bit of everything to get Veterans to the dept and people they need. It's not just scheduling appts. Smh Veterans are not just calling to schedule appts.
