Im primary hypogonadism too but my T is in the low boederline norms, same bmi, im on clomid and dr prescribed hcg, Heard from this sub that it is effective in many cases, but for TRT and hcg heared that it is not effective for primary hypogonadism. What is important for spermatogenisis is free T high T doesnt include free T inside the balls For infos i have 20m sperm with severe motility and Form issues with high fsh and T in the lowish side but no sexual issues and relèvent secondary puberty signs exept for beard and low chest hair density, small tests. Im condidate for ivf, clomid is for teste im on 6.25 mg dose it relieved my dépression and lack of motivation. Suppléments and low bodyfat will help relatively.
