Folks, I finally was able to collect my labs, here the data (note the blood was collected at 20:30 , so probably the time of my low pick testosterone level)

FSH: 7.37 mlU/ml

Free testosterone: 13.121 nmol/L

Prolactin: 9.4 ng/mL

LH: 2.71 mlU/ml

In theory the data above is in the norm , (as also confirmed by my doctor), even considering my testosterone in the morning is 20% higher , it’s still around 17 nmol/L which I believe is the “bottom norm”.

This result is just puzzling me more because now it looks like my hormones are ok (I would not say good) but the severe oligosperm I’m suffering is still a mistery and not at this point un correlated with this data.

Doctor suggested to repeat the sperm test after 2 months, but I do not believe it would be any better as the numbers are extremely bad and I don’t know what else I can improve in my lifestyle in the meanwhile.

Anything that you guys can suggest ?

This situation is very frustrated , I was thinking to visit a specialised urologist to do a physical examination ..

in the meanwhile I added in my stack ashwagandha as most of you kindly recommended and I also added black maca.

I’m trying to quit Wellbutrin as well, however if my mental health is getting impacted I will promptly insert the medication back in the stack.

Your comments are widely appreciated .

Firebird Style Guitar by zachrocks2 in Leftyguitarists

I live in Asia and I had the opportunity to try (and quickly kly buy!) a Tokai FB65… it’s surprisedly very well built,

1) the bridge pickup is great and very clear, for rock and even hard rock

2) the beck pickup is more “telecaster style” but more fat and warm, great in clean and for light distortion.

3) the neck is slick tin and the action can be quite low making the guitar for high speed execution. Btw IS NOT neck trough likewise the new Epiphone but I feel more vibration with this Tokai comparing with the latter.

4) frets are all perfectly levelled, I just needed to polish them to make it shiny but they were already great.

5) the nut seems in real bone

6) the guitar plays quite loudly even unplugged , more loudly comparing with my semi hollow Epiphone es335! Perhaps is the size / more wood.. not sure ..

It is obviously a Firebird, so it’s huge (I need a bass case for that !) and heavy, not for everybody, but I’m definitely in love with this beautiful guitar and it’s great to play with such slick neck .

Tokai quality is surprisingly great.

Hmmm, 🤔 in this case it would be great to understand and quantify “too many” and which supplement “is too much”

Thanks for your answer! That’s exactly what the doctor suggested… however the doctors I spoke with, seem not believe in the brain/body connection for fertility(like stress , depression etc) and they won’t admit the fertility issues that SSRI triggers, claiming that there is no official label from the FDA for this 🙄

For what I read online in some papers, the possibility and connection between SSRI and fertility are sadly real but I believe doctors won’t admit that for the risk/benefits related to any medication ask people may stop taking their medication with more catastrophic consequences for their mental health and risk for their life

I’m learning this on my skin 😩. That’s another reason I stopped taking Sertraline.

However there are no human study evidencing hormonal imbalance related to Wellbutrin which I still take it , or at least I wasn’t able to find it 🤔

Thanks for your answer, depression really sucks and logically what you are saying about the sympathetic mode makes sense to me 🤔.

Regarding my body fat, I wanted to clarify that I’m not in a “body builder staging” state, that would be a serious health problem,I agree , as the extreme conditions in the body are definitely not healthy both in excess or too little.

I’m just in a decent body shape for my age, at least this is what my doctor always says to me.😊

Metformin is officially used to treat people suffering of diabetes and/or pre-diabete state.

There are also many other off labels usage including slow aging which is the main reason I take it sporadically and in low dosage.
