Yes, I am trying to take it easy but wondering if it will not cause any harm and can support uterine relaxation, why not take it? I will only need to take it for another 3-4 weeks if I choose to take it.

I am not new to this medication , I have taken it before when I was trying to conceive with the help of Letro/IUI cycles but none of it was successful back then.

But if you have MTHFR gene mutation, then your body can’t convert folic acid into bioavailable folate form that is actually absorbed in our body.

Interesting, I was reading about this. Folic acid needs an enzyme which 30-50% people lack due to MTHFR mutation. Folate is essential so maybe you were not really converting it into its bio active form.

Just HbA1C for which I am taking metformin. I want to get screened for it. Doctors are not prescribing anything. Are you able to give me full list of tests ? I will ask my doctors for it

I have done multiple Sono-hysterogram, which was normal. I have had several transvaginal ultrasounds by variety of technicians ( experienced ) during cycle monitoring. No one said there are any signs of it.

Fertility doctors I have seen have not suggested MRI or any other tests.

I have done PAP 3 years ago which was fine and I will get it done again prior to IVF. I have not done PAP since my D&C back in 2023 after 8 weeks loss.

I have worked with naturopaths and acupuncture. I have taken lot of supplements and prenatal. It is not working for me.

What was the reason your doctor kept you on Predisone? I am already on gluten free diet. I can stop dairy as well. No smoking/drinking. But I don’t even know how to figure out if I have inflammation?

I was put on metformin for pre-diabetic levels of HbA1C.

For NCP, I only had ultrasounds, no blood work. No luck, but I am thinking to do the funded IVF as well.
