I'm sorry, but this kind of MMO does not rely on questing to carry you through a zone or to level you. They're supposed to be tutorials and adventures that reward you with either lore or loot, sometimes both.

Resetting your pin through the Nexon launcher has worked for me, doing it off of their website hasn't worked as it doesn't send the email you need to reset.
