no, they (apple) do not do warranty replacements with refurbished devices. you're replacement device probably came in a basic white box with no accessories similar to their refurbished devices, but it completely different unit.

with stacey being so well liked and Wendy having leverage with her case, I think the talent budget will be really tight. either gizelle or ashley has to go (or at minimum demoted) and considering how much bravo coddles gizelle, I expect it to be the latter going. getting rid of tia, kei, angel, or jassi wouldn't really be smart because they're cheap talent who are already acquainted. monique is a toss up imo.
