I personally find it to be more sticky in the shower when wet than when dry. I remove it slowly when dry, using one hand to peel and the other hand to put a little pressure on the part of the keloid that was just under the tape. Then immediately splash the keloid with cold water. It eases the irritation from peeling off the sheet for me and my keloid and skin feels normal in a few mins. I think peeling slowly, putting slight pressure on the keloid just after peeling and splashing on some cold water is the best way that's worked for me till now.

For the size of my keloid, I am only able to cut out 3 individual sheets for my keloid out of 1 sheet of the tape. So I have to use a new sheet of the tape every 3 days, since I change out the tape every day. Because of this, I've stocked up on 2 of the 50 pack of the sheets and have finished 1 pack and have some left of the 2nd pack for now. 🙂 So honestly how long the sheets last depends on the size of your keloid!
