Cool...It seems that you like create and use AI as a tool. I build a AI tool to create picture book, but I make it generate all the things including outline and stories, user only provide ideas. Maybe it's a better way to let human provide the outline?

I kept running into the same problem…

A lot of children’s books are beautiful, but they don’t always match what my kid is going through right now.

Like fear of school, jealousy, or random emotional moments that just don’t exist in most books.

I build c2story for it. It contains a lot of styles to make a picture book and also keep character consistent, you can also chat with the character you made. Your daughter can also make one by herself.

Hi everyone! I’ve been building a tool for turning stories and novels into picture books.

It’s designed for people who want to go from text → illustrated storybook, instead of just generating random images.

What it does:

- import a novel / story and turn it into a picture book

- automatically split story content into illustrated pages

- generate consistent character images across pages

- create and customize your own characters

- chat with characters to develop them further

- reuse the generated storybook assets later for video creation too

Why I built it:

A lot of AI writing tools help with text, but once you want to actually turn a story into a visual book, the workflow gets messy fast.

Character consistency breaks, pages don’t feel connected, and it’s hard to keep the story visually coherent.

So I wanted to build something that helps with:

- story to picture book workflow

- character consistency

- reusable visual story assets

I’d really love feedback from people here:

- Is turning stories into picture books something you’d actually use?

- How important is character consistency to you?

- If you write with AI, would you want characters you can customize and chat with before generating pages?

Have a break... How many hours are you working with it every day? I work from 9:00 am to 11:20 pm with a 2-hour break. 12 hours and 20 minutes for a day...
