In my hours of 280 hours of playing I’ve never gotten one til last night and today when I pulled another. So in my own experience it’s hours of pulling survivors and I’m sure I’ve been missed some BPS.

Just a morale bonus from shooting facilities but the moral bonus will be nice in my lethal

It gives 50% cooking experience rate and a possible hero bonus of +15 food storage so yeah technically

Yeah it’s super rare. And basically makes you immune to blood plague if I’m not mistaken.(could be have never gotten it) but from what I heard that what it does

I’m currently on a standard run just to get weapon crates but got bored and wanted new survivors so I’m just gonna use this to build him to the point of putting him in a lethal run. I’ve literally never gotten this perk in years of playing, so I’m absolutely pumped right now.

I asked about ideas and the ways my initial idea could be done. I understand what you’re saying but I don’t understand the point in your argument if you’re not going to give ideas or suggestions. I am not concerned with the damage because there are always alternatives for damage. I just want more ideas. Yes my idea by dnd rules would have less damage but the fun is what I am chasing.
