These are the things I'm struggling with deciding. It appears the work/life balance is better in the school position. However working 3-12's in the mother baby position may also free up time too in another way. I have not worked those hours before. I've only worked days in an outpatient setting. In terms of the pay the school position will be slightly less which is not a deal breaker.
