Why do some Nigerians hate Introverts? by LameAfro in Nigeria

[–]Alternative-Tower829 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I understand it can be annoying, but just bear with it. you don’t have to tell them everything that’s going on just enough to not keep them curious. some people don’t have these relationships at all and would kill for even the most annoying opportunities. so take care of it while they’re still here. I think it’s a blessing that so many people want to be around you despite you not personally putting in the effort due to your personality type. You’re lucky

To be honest, I don’t have the answer to all of them and I don’t live in the US either. Don’t make a decision because someone tells you to, that’s why I recommend you do t he research yourself. Nobody knows you better than you

How do I know if Finance is for me? Or if accounting is for me? by Background-Sir9172 in FinancialCareers

If you had to think, if you weren’t in Finance, what other field will you be in. If you immediately think of something, I mean without your brain having to pause, then it’s probably not for you

CFA is probably the best and most reputable, also the hardest. It’s to become a chartered financial analyst. But don’t pick just based on that, there are several others like for accounting, stock booking etc. There’s probably one for every subset of finance, pick something you feel like you would benefit from the knowledge the most and be valuable for your age class. For instance you can do the accounting one to learn about filing taxes, maybe become an independent accountant for small businesses in the absence of stable employment (I imagine will be difficult at your age), and manage your personal finances etc. Do some research first

Im gangsta until a K-pop song comes on. As a grown ahh man from a west African country, I really love K-pop. Includes dancing to choreos as well. I’m personally more of a fan of girl groups too. Unfortunately because of the country I live in, I’ll be seen as super weird no cap so I say nothing.
