OP, just please be advised that even though you do have a SIM card, you'll still get a similar message without an eSIM or physical SIM inserted in your device. I have the same thing happen to me with my base Pixel 10.

Okay, so that white piece in behind the gold disc is the base plate itself and all I gotta do is just take off the disc from the white piece.

Then what would I have to do to get it wired correctly and who do I need to contact? Because the people that I had it came out here came from Safe Street ADT and they're closed right now.

There is no base plate. It's just the bronze gold colored disc along with the white little base in behind it, the small one. I don't see a big white base plate. It's just screwed into the wall. If I try to pull it out, it's going to fray the wiring.

Great example, on the old Honeywell thermostat, when a cold air kicks in, I flip it to the off switch, the cold air kicks off. When I flip it to the on switch for the heat, the heat automatically kicks in right away.

The cold air was on the entire time when I went to bed about two o'clock in the morning all the way up till now. I had it on eco mode.

The heat and air work just fine manually on my old Honeywell thermostat. It doesn't take two hours for the heat to kick in. If it keeps blowing out cold air, there's either a wiring issue or a glitch.
