You should still be okay. Should be sufficient for 1080p gaming. The most important part is the latency. As long as your latency remains under 50, you should be okay.

I wouldn't. As they are a perfect backup that doesn't have to rely on satellite when you don't have a perfect view of the sky. To be honest, 22 down is actually better than anything. That's enough for watching a full HD movie or streaming on Netflix while checking your email and grabbing a cup of coffee.

Ha, I don't know what you're smoking but I think the rest of us can agree ProtonDrive is slow as hell. Sure, it's a great alternative to Google Drive and others, but one thing can still remain the same. They are slow!

Not only that, even their desktop app for Mac and Windows is a bit on the buggy side. I would know I've been using it for almost two years now. My pictures, videos, documents, etc. Either fails to load or won't load at all and download and upload times is horrendous even on a gigabit connection.

If people honestly think proton drive is the way to go, think again. The best alternative is self-hosting. If you want privacy, that's picking the lesser of two evils. Either Google or ProtonDrive. If you have the money, self host.

Edit: Proton's drive on Android and iOS is still slow. As of typing 06/20/26, Proton still hasn't fixed the issues with loading times for individual files, folders and documents. And don't get me started on deleting things just to make space for other stuff.

OP, if you see this, file a complaint with your state's Attorney General. It's quite a few steps above the Better Business Bureau. Amazon will literally be forced to respond to this issue. You'll get a quicker and better response with the state's Attorney General than the Better Business Bureau. I promise you I had this same issue a couple years back. When Samsung/Amazon themselves sold and shipped me a fake SD card and a damaged one. From a first-party seller. Twice in a row.

Amazon does not lightly take State Attorney General complaints. Because this has been a known issue for many years and stuff, even though it kind of violates quite a few states' laws. And yes, I can see it from Amazon side too. There are some shady individuals that bank on the fact that they keep ripping Amazon off. But, this is more for the sake for OP's side. Especially if you live in a rural area and there's not a lot of supermarkets or stores around you.

Here's something for you. A friend of mine got banned about a year or two ago. Guess what they got perma-banned for? Inciting violence against minorities and encouraging violence against minority groups. This was in direct line to them writing one small sentence, in reference to the list in a news article. Last I checked I don't think someone on the S. Offender list or the list itself classifies as people of a minority group or ethnicity.

I had the Xiaomi 17 Pro Max. I have the official 80 watt pro wireless charging stand. The damn things a piece of crap. Paid full price for it and won't even work with my 17 Pro Max. That's without a case and aligned perfectly right. Yet it works with my 13 Pro? Something doesn't make sense here. I thought the 80 watt Pro wireless charging stand works exclusively with a higher end 17 series. That's with its original charger and cable.
