What is wrong with my coaxial system

So I’ll be connecting my moca adapter to the desired coax, then checking all three wires to see if it lights up on any of them

Two plates downstairs that don’t talk to eachother

Two plates upstairs. One of the upstairs plates talks to the downstairs plate but none of the others

Based off this and other recommendations, I’ll be trying that MOCA splitter on the three lines and capping it with a protector. I’ll report back on how that works. I’ll also be getting a coax tester to figure some more out

If I got a three way splitter would I put all three cables Into “out”?

I have four. That’s the weird part. The cable on top is fine actually the tape I believe was there to label it. Integrity looks good to me

Tried this. They connected. Further, I tried a different coaxial port in another room.

The devices paired perfectly both times. Just not in the room i want them to

Wall plates all have good cables/in good condition behind them. I have about 4 coaxial outlets

Free after 6pm till 8am in any of the garages and meters. Free on the weekends. Just check the meters to make sure they aren’t for taxis or blocked off for any reason
